James LynnMr. Lynn is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Aetna Life & Casualty, and is
currently a senior adviser at Lazard Freres & Co., LLC. During the Nixon administration,
he served as general counsel at the Department of Commerce, under secretary at the Department
of Commerce, and secretary of Housing and Urban Development. In 1975, he was
appointed by President Ford to serve as director of the Office of Management and Budget.
Later, Mr. Lynn became chairman of Aetna.
